ABOUT THIS EVENT

This introductory course has been specifically created for those who want to explore the power of storytelling in nature as a tool for creativity, self-discovery, building and restoring community.

Using mindful nature connection practices, we explore practical ways to open our awareness to our natural surroundings, tuning all of our senses to the beauty and liveliness of nature.  In this space of embodied presence, we begin to see how stories can bring healing and create a sense of communion and belonging.

Stories are hiding everywhere, especially in the natural world. A mycelium of narratives unfolding in every moment – ee call this the Golden Thread. We become invisible and let the story find us.

Attendees will have the opportunity to craft and practise their own unique nature stories in a safe and supportive environment, gaining skills and confidence to use and adapt the Restorative Storytelling™ in their life and workplace.

Who will benefit from this course

This course has been designed for parents, educators, teachers, professionals who work in outdoor settings and creatives from all paths. No previous storytelling experience required.

Do you need a tailored offering for your team or school? Onsite workshops are available at no additional cost within the Sunshine Coast region (outside of this area, travel costs might occur). Send us an email - we'd love to work with you!
