ABOUT THIS EVENT
Earth Mama is an invitation for parents and carers to pause, breathe, and be creative in the beauty of nature. Each month we gather at Noosa Botanic Gardens for hands-on, nature-based activities inspired by the wisdom of the earth.
This is your chance to create alongside your child or take time for yourself while little ones play freely in our welcoming space. Together, we connect with nature, nurture our spirits, and build community.
Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, uplifted, and inspired.
November - Wet felting
Wet felting is the gentle art of turning soft wool into something beautiful with just warm water, soap, and your hands. As the fibres weave together, little by little, you create a piece that is strong, colourful, and full of nature’s magic. It is a full sensory experience that can also be quite calming and mindful.
We will handcraft soaps, pebbles and aromatherapy beads and decorate them with dried flowers and seedpods.
