About the event
Step into a world of wonder and imagination at the beautiful Noosa Botanic Gardens…
As part of Botanic Gardens Week —a celebration of these special, curated natural spaces brought to you by the Friends of the Noosa Botanic Gardens — we invite families to join us for a magical storytelling adventure along the rainforest path.
Hidden among the trees, rocks, and leafy nooks, tiny fairy homes await discovery. But who lives inside?
Each fairy has a story to tell… if you know how to listen.
Flower fairies are gentle, magical beings who care for the plants and trees they call home. They are rarely seen—but they always leave clues behind. With curious eyes and open hearts, children (and grown-ups!) will be guided along a short, pram-accessible walk to uncover these enchanting traces and hear the stories of the garden fairies.
This special event is proudly supported by Noosa Council through their Living Well program, which means tickets are free—however, registration is essential.
Come dressed in your favourite fairy, forest, or nature-inspired attire to add to the magic!
If time allows, we’ll finish with a simple nature craft to ground our experience and take a little piece of the magic home.
