Forest Kindy - Term 4, 2026

Term 4 Dates:

Monday November 2 to December 14, 2026 (7 weeks)

Wednesday November 4 to December 16, 2026 (6 weeks – November 25 is our Growing with Nature Family Day)

9:30 AM - 1PM

Our Forest Kindy program offers a gentle immersion in nature for a small group of children, held in the same spirit as our family sessions — but with a little more space for independence, creativity and deeper engagement.

Each morning include:

• a gentle arrival

• a nutritious, wholesome snack and fresh medicinal teas made with herbs gathered from our gardens

• seasonal songs, poetry and storytelling

• child-led exploration and play

• nature journalling

• forest school games

• simple craft activities with natural materials

This isn’t a structured class — but a carefully held space where children can slow down, build confidence, and feel a sense of belonging in nature. The program is facilitated by a qualified and experienced forest school leader and therapeutic nature play facilitator, and is best suited for children aged 4 to 6 years (flexible depending on readiness).

For children who may need a little extra emotional support, parents are welcome to remain nearby within the gardens, creating a gentle and reassuring transition.  A quiet, sheltered area will be set up for caregivers who wish to use it.

Casual classes depending on availability. Please enquire prior to booking.

Investment:

$60 per session for term enrolment or $65 for casual sessions.
