Soul hikes

Once a month we enjoy a mindful walk along the beautiful coastal scenery of Noosa Headland. We begin by setting an intention for the day, opening our hearts to allow the magic of nature to awaken, heal and transform us. The walk is self-paced, to allow space for personal reflection. Upon return we regroup to share insights and a cup of herbal tea, ready for the amazing day ahead of us!

Dates & location

Second Friday of the month, 6:15 - 7:15am. We meet at the entrance of Noosa National Park, opposite the Deadly Espresso cafe'. Wear comfortable shoes (or no shoes) and bring a mug to enjoy a cup of tea.
