Join us this term for our Nature Babies Playgroup, held in the peaceful surrounds of the Noosa Botanic Gardens on Gubbi Gubbi Country.

Each week, little ones and their carers are invited to slow down and savour a morning of gentle nature connection through sensory play, simple seasonal crafts, songs and nursery rhymes, and storytelling under the trees. We also go on a short bush walk, where we explore, observe, and occasionally forage edible seeds and fruits.

Our playgroup offers a calm and nurturing space for babies and toddlers to safely explore, build confidence, and develop physical, social, and emotional skills—while igniting imagination and creativity through nature play.

This term, we follow the rhythms of our Growing with Nature curriculum with the theme Whales, Wattles & Winter Wonders—celebrating seasonal changes and the magic of our local environment.

All sessions are guided by experienced and fully qualified forest school and therapeutic nature play mentors, who support families in building strong and lasting connections with the land—and each other.

• $25 weekly for casual bookings, $22 for term enrolments

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note this is an all-weather outdoor program so you need to make sure you bring appropriate weather protection and clothing. Our programs will only be cancelled in the event of an extreme weather – torrential rain, storms, high temperatures and strong winds. If a session is cancelled by Big Scrub Nature Play due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances, you will be offered a credit toward future bookings.
